Q - What size teddy bears do your clothes & accessories fit?
A - All the clothing and accessories we sell are designed for use on a 8" or 15" plush bear or soft toy and are compatible with Bear Factory USA products. Some products are suitable for 13" - 15" bears.
Q - What ages are the bears and clothes suitable for?
A - The plush toys and outfits that we sell are suitable for children age 3+ years.
Q- What if something is out of stock?
A- If something is out of stock we can inform you when it will be available and hold an item for you.
Q - Are the clothes CE labelled?
A - Yes each garment carries CE marking, and comes on a hanger, where appropiarate.
Q - Is your website secure for ordering ?
A - Yes you have the option to pay securely HSBC esecure payments.
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accepy BACS payments.
Q - What about postage costs?
A - It is your choice. Orders are sent either 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Standard parcels. Alternatively, you can choose to have your order sent Special Delivery. All items are packaged safely.
Q - How quickly are orders posted?
A - We ship all orders within 1-3 working days.
